Empty bottles ( can they be made ) ?

Hmmmmm.. I am not sure if it's implemented here, but! This is how it worked on another shard (and UOF is very very close with its settings): They can be made with GM alchy after reading book named... Glassblowing or something, bought from npc - material needed is sand, mined by GM miner, who has to obtain book named... mining for quality sand. Methinks.

Yes. They can be made with sand.
But lemme tell you this - you buy them less than like 10 gold in a store?
The sand itself costs around like 1k gold per or you can mine it up and it takes FOREVER!
