Dungeon Chest Spawn and decay rate

Could you please increase the spawn and decay rate of dungeon chests? If a dungeon chest is picked, it decays like a corpse to respawn randomly? Also make ALL CHESTS - even if they are level one contain loot?

I second this opinion! Every dungeon has the option to kill monsters, steal & pk
Every dungeon should also have the availability to steal from chests. Easier chests in easier dungeons/floors; more rewarding chests in more difficult locations.
