Dragonscale Shield & Bone Shield

@eppy was talking about shields in IRC and I think a dragonscale shield for blacksmiths and bone shield for tailors would be pretty awesome!

I think it's a great idea.

They can have the same Stats as a Heater shield and it would add a little variety to your shield choice.
