More or less, yes. However you will see pets with slightly higher than max here. Also, we have young dragons which are 2 slots, fire breathe, and cast just as good as a ww but have less mana...for many situation the young is far superior in a pure burn. They are like 525/525/125/450 max i think? str/hp/dex/int...young also bond at 75 taming.
