can someone from the dev team verify that these still drop? Me and my guild have been trying to build a soul forge and have farmed dragons for a few weeks now and not 1 has dropped. Thanks for looking!

I recently found one ('an intact dragon's heart").but I think it was on an ancient or shadow wyrm, not a dragon.

Yeah they drop from wyrms and dragons (not sure about drakes or young dragons) and they appear to be re-activated again.

I don't think it was ever confirmed by staff that they had been accidentally removed from the loot table but many, many dragons and wyrms had been killed without any dropping. I know I did my fair share.
