I ordered some Dono coins yesterday and was hopeing to see them in my bank last night but they did not show, so when I got up this morning getting ready for work I figured they would be there surely by now and I thought I'd go ahead and order a few more before heading off to work so they are there when I get home but to my surprise I check and they are still not there this morning so it kinda makes me a little iffy on if I should order more.... I know they say 24 hrs possible but on anything I've ever played the 24 hour mark is usually just there to protect your ass and its something that never actually happens or is it on this group? Im not trying to be a D-Bag I am just wanting to know if its really that in convieniant to get coins....

Shane is normally pretty good in my experience, once he took more than 48 hrs i pmed him on irc and was in my bank 20 mins later.

I have ordered coins a few times, and only one time did it take until the next day, but they did show up. 99.99% of the time its within a few hours.

Shane handles donation-related things himself, and only he. The best thing you can do is page in with your EMAIL/Character name as directed when donations are done. If you can, try to leave your character logged in, otherwise it wipes the page from the queue list.
The rest of us on staff leave all donation-related pages up for Shane to see/address/act on at his earliest convenience.

Sometimes things come up (Personal obligations, Father's day etc) in which delays can occur. Inconveniences are annoying, absolutely, but he is a busy man, and in most cases can get goods delivered as soon as possible.

Shane prefers to handle all donation related things himself/personally, as he can keep them documented 100% with no confusion. This is done to assure quality service on his end and avoid any complications/ambiguity that could potentially arise otherwise.

So ya, page in, and he'll try to get them to you as soon as he's available to do so. :)
