Being new to the server I am just curious if donation coins ever go on sale? I debated buying some to get a mount, but they seem a bit pricier than I imagined.

Do they ever do sales or bonuses, like where you get an extra 30%, etc?

You can buy or sell them. At the moment for 1k Donos you get about 165k -175k gold.
