Donation Cloak Question

I bought the UO Forever donation cloak. It says it can have an AR patch applied to it. Does that include the +3 one? I just want to be sure.

No mate, cloak is +1 armour patch only (unless it's changed since I last played).

The +3 armour patch is for outer torso item (robes)
