does fletching give damage bonus

Im new to server and searched forums but didnt see any related topic. Does gm fletching give your archer a damage bonus

Well the "Exceptional" modifier (doesn't require GM to have on bows) does increase the damage a bow does compared to a non-exceptional bow. But are there runic fletching tools that provide accuracy/durability/damage bonuses? --- No.

I think he's asking whether or not having fletching on your archer will give a damage bonus because of the fletching, kinda like LJ to swords. The answer is no

It probably should..might give a needed boost to archery.
