Does any of the ncps here sell ingots i can not find any ?

I just started uo again and was looking for ingots on the ncps that should have them but cant find any
do they have them here on uo forever?

I would suggest mining your own or many of the player run vendors sell them. Just hop in a gate from Brit Bank and you should find some no problem!
