How about a dock that can be placed by your house. This would make it easy to place a large Gallon. Maybe a "Dock Worker" that would clean the ship of any clutter (for a price). Sell it for Dono and make "clear the clutter" cost a small amount of gold. Hmmmmm then come to think of it give the "Dock Worker" the ability to lift large chests of the boat and place them in your house... Maybe he charges by the job or by the month.,
The dock would need to be able to be placed north south east of west.
