Do Dragon's not drop skill scrolls?

I've been farming almost exclusively dragons for a while now and I don't think I've ever gotten an SS drop from them.. Do they not drop them or am I just getting extremely unlucky?

go with Ancient Wyrms / Shadow Wyrms
though i think paragon dragons drop them

a ancient wyrm,Shadow wyrm,and a skeletal all have dropped skill scrolls for me(yesterday a taming ss off a skeletal ) so no they dont need to be paragons

what about the deamons at hedge maze? killed hundreds of them and not a single statue or ss.

paragon DRAGONS maybe drop them, since normal dragons don't.
obviously Ancient Wyrms / Shadow Wyrms already drop them without being paragon.

Yep I have farmed dragons like crazy and never got anything really decent off them but gold and leather.
