Do any npcs train stealth?

I checked the thieves guildmaster in bux but he doesn't train it.

He does but I believe you need GM hiding or at least 80 before he'll train you.

I know he does because I've had him train my toons but always had GM Hiding when having him train.

Then once you get above what is it 80 you got to put on some armor. Dont forget

Yeah add armor one small pieces at a time once your stealth increases beyond 80. Very important. Correct me if I'm wrong but the penalties (and thus better gains) is based on the AR of the armor and not the Dex loss.

I think I did NPC style non-exc plate gorget til 90 then gloves til GM.

For reference, if you plan on going naked (ie. 0 AR) you just need 80 stealth to never fail.
