What are these relics I see people selling. Is it from doing the talisman quest?

The Arch Demon has a chance to drop a relic. You can apply a relic once you have chosen your talisman. Each talisman has it's own relic. For more details, check out this thread: http://uoforum.com/threads/meta-dexxer-talisman-relic-definitions.52271/

Ok yeah seen that thread. So you lol up the talisman then what you can add more relics the higher level it gets?

It looks like the levels are 1/4/7/10 to apply relics...but I don't think anyway is past level 4 yet!
