Death Beetles unbalanced

Hello everyone yesterday I was in shame when I was attacked by a tamer and his death beetle. His beetle poisoned me almost immediately, and In my struggle to cure the death beetles poison I used 10 Greater Cure Potions and a bandage and was still poisoned. I died shortly after from the poison I was unable to cure.

With that being said...... I think tamers with death beetles have an unfair advantage in pvp. I don't care at what lvl the death beetle can poison in pve, but in pvp I think beetles should not be able to poison stronger than a nox mage. let me know what you guys think.

You should probably go hang out at the Britain Crafter's Guild. I hear it's a nice safe place where nothing bad ever happens.

You guys leave him alone. I agree with whats he is saying. Just like your super op meta pets are supposed to be nothing but dragons in pvp...why can't a DB just DP?

a death beetle in PvE strikes as a nox warrior would. remember in PvP pets skills are capped at 100? thus he can't poison more than what a nox warrior would. this guy must just have low healing and horrible luck with pots

Not curing with pots at critical moments sucks for sure. You might try casting Cure as it typically cures DP 100% instead of the 80 something % that pots do.

What I'm wondering is if you deserved it? Why did that tamer attack you in shame?

death beetles lethal poison (the ridiculous uncureable silver serpent poison) in PVP (it's their special attack). What do we learn from that? Don't fuck with a death beetle when you're on a dexxer.

I agree with this.... I was recently slain by a death beetle and statted by the tamer... i used like 50 cure pots and bandages and was still poisoned then when I died i was called a noob #^$%... cant these pets be purchased from the donation vendors as well? isnt that essentially p2w?

Do you know what poison message you got? While it is entirely possible to chug that many gcure pots and fail, its not likely.

My understanding is that the poison skill on pets is cosmetic and does not affect the actual strength or ability to poison on hit. It may be possible that lethal poison was applied to you, but a dev would have to comment on that and if it was intentional.

If you were hit by lethal, then the only quick way to cure it would be to cast the spell Cure with high magery.

Death beetles do the poison that has the bugged message(lethal?)

Make pets strong in pve but dont make them OP in pvp.

make guilds only hold 10 people each

put in mount fatigue for ALL in game

put bolas in

put double flamestrike wands in

lrc armor

make blue characters stateable = they turn grey for X amount of time

make black pearl regs blessed

make zerging bannable offense

make crying in game/forums give teddybear tokens

They do indeed hit with lethal. I would personally strive to not be hit by one. It can only cast greater I believe.
