Last buyer didn't have enough taming to bond, so he backed out / was refunded. He was 115 taming / lore, so I'm assuming you need slightly more than that to bond (or 120).

I tried transferring it to someone with 115 taming / 110 lore and it worked, not sure how well it'd listen though...

it listens the same for anyone im pretty sure, i have done some testing..

If the original buyer comes back at the 1 mil ending price I'll honor that, otherwise this beetle is up for auction.

115 tame and 100 lore will do you just need a pet bonding deed to bond it

Bonding has zero to do with Lore. Taming/Lore is 80/20 as far as control goes. I don't think Lore plays a huge part in any animal listening... 20% part that is.
