I was wondering about the blackness on my screen when i am running. It's almost like the in game window has fully downloaded the edge parts of the window and sometimes lags me when i am running.

Any ideas or suggestions of how i can make that normal?

If you've expanded your resolution using razor, steam etc there is a limit to how far it will actually let you see. You will get used to it after while

Try the sallos client. You can make the uoscreen as large as you want with no problems. It's a great client for pvp/pvm not so much for crafting/elaborate macros.
