Imbue any piece of armor with slayer properties, just add runes! Any character may imbue armor. No skills required, just a 150k check to get started!

I have consolidated the updated alphabet (that excludes the 5 nonexistent runes) and the recipes into one image:
Now you can use a transmutation cube (found on gold sink vendor for 200k) to transform your glowing runes. Two runes will give you a random rune, five runes will give you the option of choosing whichever rune you would like. It's amazing and you should absolutely buy one to go with your reliquary and workbench.
Protip: imbue a set of store bought non-exceptional leather armor to maximize gains towards leveling your berserker or rogue talismans. You get all of the benefit of slayer properties (resistance to poison, magic, and melee) with as little AR as possible.
