**Crappy House Idea :(**

I really would like a 4th floor on small houses, but i think you should definitely have to pay like 500k on the unique wares vendor at brit bank. I think this would be nice add-on like the vendor increase deed, house storage increase deed, and house to house teleporter deed. I really want this to be a fair thread so below will be some things to think about before you vote.

These are some of the positvies and negatives i could think of off the top of my head. Please take this into consideration before you vote, or if u even do.

• 4 Floors (Including Cellar is 5)
• Blockage on screens
• More space to move around and place boxes etc.
• More room for vendors.

i wouldnt mind adding another floor (would also help the real estate since people can actually buy other houses other than 18x18's)...BUT...

i think that last floor would ef a lot of people over who has a nice house, and now has some of it blocked by that little 7x7 out in front...

I don't think it's the worst idea I've ever heard. Then again, coding larger than 18x18 customs is apparently a big enough challenge and it is not even implemented yet, so let's clear that hurdle first.

Part of me also thinks you are just trying to grief someone you don't like with blockage.

Server has enough spots you can place and The house market is total shit unless you're selling a max storage + house. This chance will make it even worse
