Crafting Skill when over 100+

What kinds of things open up to you after 100+ in a crafting skill? I've heard about things like legendary crafting, soul forge, crystal workbench, etc. but have no idea what they are. I am specifically looking for answers on blacksmithing, tailor, tinkering, and carpentry.

I too would like to know this. What do you gain from 100 to 120 in these crafting skills? and mining also?
