Yeah try these for Razor:
1) whoa its shan's takes spells and moves them to a specificied location macro - See this page for more info
2) 3tree's and LightShade's drags spells to a spellbook macro to craft spellbooks - See this page for more

So after a bunch of testing the best way to do it is to use this guy Tragic's UOSteam macro. It can be found here:
