Craft Slayer instruments

How bout being able to craft slayer exceptional instruments at the Brit crafting area? = )

I have no clue. I know weapons can be.

Slayer instruments kinda suck, though. Id rather just have pure exceptional. With high provoke you rarely ever fail, and using the slayer instruments seems like too much trouble, especially when it works less efficiently than normal exceptional on all other mobs.
