I just logged in this morning, no less than 4 minutes ago, without any issue to refresh my houses and have been able to everyday for the past 2 weeks so far without any issues.
Highly suggest you uninstall and re-install all your files and see if that helps because the server has been up and running fine.

the UO client shows "no response" Orz

I dunno, but even if you somehow are banned you should be able to ping the server. Think that if you have banned account and trying to logg in there will be a message that your account is banned. Maybe somekind of firewall or something that doesnt allow you to connect to the server?

I also can't log in... I have a fresh install and I've not even played yet, so I know I've not been banned... When I click the server I just get "Connecting..." and it just stays like that... "forever"
I've not played UO in years and finding UOF has sparked my desire to play again. Please help the OP and I get in to the game.

Also if you search on youtube "uo forever install" there are videos to follow that might help
I did download and patched the whole game fromwww.uo.com after that was done i installed the uof launcher and patched it from there and then just open the game with uosteam, works like a charm. I did use razer before without any problem. There is also sallos client to use, i never got it to work so I go with uosteam.
The shard is really active with lots of players, both new and old ones. And I think its a really stable server with very few times its offline. Can be online for several days and night without any diss conn. Ping for me is good as well.

Just FYI if you were banned you would see "This account has been blocked."
Chances are it's just a connection issue. Have you tried connecting from a different network or ISP? Sometimes at different work locations I'm not able to get onto any UO free server.. same happened when I was in college.

i go to my friend's home.use his computer to install uof.

staff has already been tagged, but have you tried running as administrator?
or at the top left of launcher, selecting a filepath for your assist program? (razor, sallos, steam)

I just got home, and I'm having the same problems as OP. I was able to play fine a couple of days ago.
Running as administrator doesn't have any effect. When I ping login.uoforever.com I get time outs. Oh well..don't really feel like dealing with it tonight so will try reinstalling tomorrow.

Right now the server is down due to DDoS attacks so that could be your problem.
Try in the morning before reinstalling since it might just need to come back up first!

yes,i connecting with Razor.using the same settings,still cannot connect.
the uo client also shows "no response".
after run "tracert login.uoforever.com" in Command Prompt,
the 1~6 hops is about 15ms
the 7~8 hops is about 160ms
the 9~15 hops is about 220ms
the 16~18 hops is timeout
finally,the report is "destination network cannot connect"
