Combine Cloth

I seem to recall on OSI there was an option in the Tailoring menu that combined all cloth of the same hue together into a nice neat pile (looked like the folded stuff that is purchased from merchants). Nothing but a convenience tool, but all the same, would be nice to see

(unless of course it's already there and I'm blind as a mole)
