Colored Wood and 120 Lumber Jacking - Is it Worth it?

Is there a market for the different colored logs? All I've really seen people looking for is Frost (rarely) and Normal wood. I've recently (finally) made it to 120 Lumber Jacking and am wondering if it was truly worth the time and gold to reach this level, or if I'd be better off only having it at 100 for resale purposes. If I were to open a log vendor, would it be preferable to be able to come and buy 50k normal wood or 30k normal wood and mixture of the colored wood in much smaller amounts except Oak, 15k of the remaining 20k would be Oak (if you LJ too, you know what I mean).

Template:
100/85/40 (100/100/25) need them fast heals for snake poison
LJ -120
Mining - 110 (120)
Swords - 100
Tact - 100
Anat - 100
Healing - 95.8 (100)
Tink - 65.3 (80)

If I drop LJ to 100, Tink would go to 100.

I don't think there is any reason to keep tinkering in that template.
I cam make my shovels on the fly for mining is currently why I have it and I currently have no other characters that have that skill yet. If recall lumberjacking was viable here, it'd be magery.

@Salsa what would you spend the last 80 (or 100) points on in a template like this?

getting 120 blacksmith would be viable, if u dont have another bs char.

u can drop anatomy to 80. and should just drop tinkering as salsa said. u can also drop tactics to 60-80 if u wanted to.

Even with swords at 100 and tact 110 I still miss often on the damn snakes that get pulled up with lumberjacking. I intend on making a crafting only character later, after I can get enough funds together.

Blacksmith - 120
Tailoring - 120
Carp - 120
Tink - 100
Mining - 100
*Mage - 80 (?)
*Music - 45
*might be changed to Fletching instead

ya, something like LJ/sword/tailoring/heal/anat/tactics/Bowcraft, then another for BS/Mining/Carp/Tinke/Insc/Alch/Mage, unless i missing some that should cover the crafts

there probably is a market for blood, heart and frost logs, especially frost and blood as those colors just look awesome + the rarity of them being collected

Carp and Tailor need to be on same character to make the carpentry items that require tailoring (dress forms?). With the second template you mentioned, I'd drop Insc for Tailoring. My Mage will have Insc for the bonus it provides.

i use the 2nd template so i can make barrels for pots, could also drop healing/anat and just get magery on the LJ template for heals to make room for another slot

I have thought of doing just that, with the last slot being spirit speak (for reduced PvM mana usage) or Eval (for bonus damage). I'd have to re-arrange my stats to something like 100/35/90. I suppose an EV could drop a tree snake, probably even a few woodland creatures as well before it's time ran out. At which point I could go Fletching and use some of my damn Oak logs for something.
