About a year ago i purchased the 'Yew Forever Library'. After i purhased it, i transformed it into what is now known as Santa's Workshop!

It's been a pleasure running this mall and library for the last 10 months. I wanted to inform all of my shop owners and shoppers that i will be stepping down from running this place. Due to some things that i have going on IRL - i dont have much time to run this place anymore, so is being sold in the near future to someone that i trust 100% and it will be kept mostly the same (library/mall).

I hope all of my shop owners made a ton of gold and sales there! There were more than a few shop owners that have told me how they have made millions in sales during their time there.

Well, although we have had our disagreements recently, at least the place was ran well so yeah, I will miss it. Just for the love of God, sell it to someone who will keep it up. Good luck on your journey.

Sad to see Santa leave the north pole for someone else to run but I'm happy if you're happy.

Does this mean we need to empty our vendors and wait for "the new guy" to come in? What happens to our vendors when you transfer ownership of the house?

The person that will be taking it over is Bobby aka barracoon! I trust him for sure! @Bobby123

The actual buyer though is someone that you all know ;) No vendors will be dismissed prior to the sale of the house and the name on the contract deeds should update to the new house owners name after the sale.

Does anyone know if the friends list on a house clears - when a house is transferred between two players?

in order to sell a house, you can't have any active vendors on the plot. he'll most likely cancel the auto-renew on your contract. The gear on your vendor will appear in your bank box (regardless if your bank is full or not).
