If you cannot afford normal price dont tell me what to do, I had buy out, the buyer did not manage to gether last cash for it.

If your buyout falls through you should be obligated to sell to the next highest bidder. As it stand, you are trying to milk bids and play bidders off each other in an attempt to get an inflated value for this. What it looks like is that you had someone post a fake b/o so you didn't have to honour the lower bids that were in place.
