Selling newly placed 7x7, there was a 11x15 before so you can demolish the 7x7 and put up a bigger one.

The plot is located on horseshoe island, there is no spawn.

B/O is 150k

Nope, only 2story, im relatively new here(less then a month) so couldnt afford the 3story. I did however replace it to a 11x13 to prove the plots minimum possible size - an 11x15 might fit aswell.

Fear not however, you get the money back from the 2story deed when demolishing it, so you can replace it as a 11x13 without paying more then the difference between the 2story and 3story.

I replace it midday without a problem, the area isnt pestet by lots of a traffic( yay for islands )

I should add the 2story 11x13 is 190k, so how u can think its a 3story with same markup is beyond me! :D

i am very new to the customer house scene hehe. last time i played i used to just use the classic houses for nostalgic value. are you looking for pure cash or trades as well?

also i heard if you demolished a customer hosue you only get 10% of the value back is that right?

Pure cash. And no worries, im new to the custom houses aswell

As for getting 10% back, that might be the case if you've spent money building stuff on the plot(adding walls and doors cost a little extra gold) and you might only get 10% return on what was spent on walls, doors etc, but the actual plot is a 100% value back.
As you might be able to see with the house placement tool a 7x7 cost 90k to place and that is exactly what I got back when i demolished it, a 90k check

awesome news! Ill demolish instead of selling my 7x7 plot then! thats 90k i thought i couldnt get back already :)
