WTB Classic House Deed villa or less

While I search for a spot I'm wondering if anybody has an extra classic house deed lying around they'd like to get more than vendor price for?

Looking for a Villa or Sandstone patio, but will consider other easier to place alternatives if the price is right. :mrgreen:

Going to bed soon, considering a 45k marble workshop deed.

Will decide if I'm doing that or villa for 117k after the weekend and I consult with a house placement expert.

Also considering placed houses if you've got one for sale (saw a villa north of sacrifice "For Sale" but couldn't find it on the forums)

When I first started the post I had just enough for a Villa deed.

If there's a deed floating around out there for a villa (resell is like 60k?) and somebody wants to make more than that for it I figured I'd throw out the offer.

Custom plots seem to have increased in price here and I don't really want just a dirt plot, so yes a classic house seems like the right buy for now.
