Champ Spawns

So I know we have quite a few of them now.

I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on a few things.

Where does the skull drop? Is it on the champs body or does it go to a random persons bag?

Can you show up to a champ and do damage and get a chance at a scroll or do you have to work the spawn?

I know we have Baracoon, Mephtis and Lord Oaks. Do we have any other champ spawns? If so, where abouts are they?

Yes, you can show up and PURELY damage the champ and be eligable for a scroll, through your points accrued will be very low, so the chances are much less.
We have Baracoon, mephitis, Neira, Rikktor, oaks, Semidar.
All of them.
