Champ Spawns removed?

So I am either old and forgetful, but it seems alters for champ spawns are gone. I didn't see anything about this but, where are all the alters now? I've been trying to find them, and no one seems to know the answer. Destard was up for like 3 days and then gone. now despise's is missing.

anyone wanna shed some light to old farts like me?

yeah think the devs removed them while they get em running more smoothly or get em ready for expansion
