You have the clock in one of your pics, but do not mention it in the post.

10-15 grass.
The big swing is neighbours, spawn (in and out of courtyard), amount of markings within, generalized location, and let's not forget; people able to afford it.

10-15 anywhere really. I've been offered the same for my waterfront castle on Ice with no blockage and it's own healer at the front steps.

Well, except for the swamps. Sorry D-Wade. :lol:

The cellar is not included haha, we are keeping that piece of equipment, nothing is included but the awesome front yard, and possibly the two neighboring houses we own as well. :p

I know 10-15 is the number, I have just yet to see one actually sell ;-)


With this great location though, I am sure this one will sell fast.
