Casting invis, then hiding

So this has been aan issue for me and others on different servers but i dont think anything was changedand that may be the case here.

So, when you cast invis and hide during the invis, im not sure but the system only recognizes the invis timer and then you reappear after that timer. Can this be explained. I'm not asking for it to be changed. Just a rough explanation.
Anyone else run into this before?

Yes it sucks but that's the price you pay for being able to hide right next to your attacker. You can still stealth while invised and have the two minutes to get to a safe place before the timer runs out. At that point you can just rehide...
