Cannons are showing as unused tiles and my client is fully updated. Can anyone help?

Where you download the client? Some older installs will still have things missing that the launcher update manager wont add.

I got a fresh copy of the launcher from the website two nights ago. It updated a lot of things but I still can't see cannons

Where did you install the UO client from? If you downloaded the launcher back in march it should be the latesr version that will install the proper UO client.
To get a fresh install of the UO client go to the Electronic arts folder and you should see a folder named Ultima Online Classic. Rename that folder to backup. Start the UOF launcher and you should see Install where play used to be. Go ahead and install. Once it is done you will need to grab all the updates again in the updates tab. If you dont see them after the install finishes restart the launcher.
