Cant Log Into IRC

Every time i try to open IRC for UOF it brings me to this page http://www.uoforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=IRC does anyone have a direct link ?

Try to install HexChat (https://hexchat.github.io/) more user-friendly standalone IRC client.

Same here I enjoy not having to install a client to talk in irc. Not sure why I cant access it.

I removed it because people were using it for abuse. Pretty much every person we ban from there starts abusing it for days on end, it's pretty annoying.

I'd like to get more people using hexchat or the actual mirc client i think.

Hey guys, I don't use mIRC or Hexchat because I've always had bad luck with compatibility for a lot of IRC clients. To login to UOF irc via a web browser, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.mibbit.com
2. Click on Launch Mibbit Client
3. Under the CONNECT: dropdown menu, select GeekShed (webirc)
4. Fill in your nickname in the nick tab
5. Put #uoforever in the channel tab
6. Hit Connect
7. Click the GeekShed tab at the top of the page.
8. You have 1 MINUTE to type in: /msg NickServ IDENTIFY [password]
9. Enjoy.
