Can't log in - Solved

I have a couple of accounts and my daughter has one. 3 accounts total. I haven't played for 1.5 - 2 years, but finally got free time to play again. My daughter hasn't been on for about 6 months now as well. When we tried to log in, it wouldn't go past the verifying account screen. I figured been so long on my accounts they were deleted so I tried to create a new account and start over. Same issue stops at verifying account screen.

Full new install: Launcher, Razor, and UO as of today

Please Help
let sit like this for 30 min never goes past this

ps same issue on 3 different pc. How can I tell if my IP was blocked
