Can't Buy From Vendors

I can double click on a vendor to buy reagents. Find the reagent and open the sac. Then I double click on the commodity deed and it says that is not accessible. I then type vendor buy, click on the item and it says, target cannot be seen.

Is there something in razor causing this?

Vendor is up a level from me. Can't get to his level though.
