Candle crafting system activated? HowTo?

Hi i wonder if you can craft candles with the Wax Pots you can purchase at the beekeeper at Skara, or is the system deactivated?
If you can - where do i get the other stuff and do i need certain skills?

I'm not sure we can craft candles

Beeskeeping really does nothing but a high maintenance decor in this shard if you are into keeping it alive with flying bees animation
