Can you use telekinesis srolls with 0 Magery?

I'm new to game and am going Archery, Tactics, Healing, Anatomy, Music, and Provocation. If I go with lockpicking as my last skill will I be able to use telekinesis scrolls with zero magery to pop traps? If not then how much Magery would I need to just use scrolls?

Doubt it. Scrolls cast the spell as if its two circles lower. So it would be first circle spell with scroll and i believe you needed 30.1 to cast first circle 100%. Maybe 40.1. But its easy to look up magery calculator.

Yes you can. You might fizzle but you can.

You need 30.1 to cast first lvl at 100%. Plus scrolls for EVERY chest. My advice go 60.1 magery and39.9 in med or something more useful

You can, I guess. I use scrolls to trap my pouches. Also, the scroll lets you cast spells that are... two?.. levels higher with same chance as level you're on, or something like that. Meh, I can't think, it's too soon. Theoretically, if you have enough magery to cast lvl 3 spells, then scroll lets you cast 5th level.
