Can we have 2 or 3 skills at 120 on the same character?

I didn't see a post somewhere that mention if we can or can't have more that 1 skill at 120 to make a perfect builder.

As many as you like but the overall skill cap stops at 720 after 120 ing your first skill and you will face to take away 20 points from something for each additional 120.

Yes...as TheFallen said you could have a 6x 120 character if you wanted
