Can lines be added to attack macros where you won't attack greens?

All my steam macros attack/target greens if they are gray or red. wondering if thr is a line or way to make macro ignore greens that are red or grey?

Not really a way to tell them apart from other reds unless you manually add each of them to your friends list or put them in party and treat party members as friends.
