whats the biggest i can get for around 500-700k

Most like a mid-sized 3-storey or possibly a max storage in the swamps. Max storage in a decent location seems to go for 800k+ but you can get lucky sometimes, for example this nice plot sold recently: http://www.uoforum.com/threads/selling-max-storage-16x14-plot-no-cut-no-spown.90309/
