Buying house, returning from long time off

Hello all,

I was here quite some time ago and ended up getting pulled away for a while and i the process pretty must lost everything but my characters. So while broke, i did retain my bard so i can farm at an ok rate. Was looking for a house in the 70 - 100k range because living out a bank is pretty rough at present.

While i don't have the cash on hand, i could easily have it in a day or so. I could get up to 70k by tomorrow with a little effort.

I don't expect to get anything huge or crazy, but would at least like something larger than the smallest plot. Let me know whats out their and i'll work something out.

for 70-100k u wont find anything much but a 7x7

Yeah but that's ok to. it's all good found one near empathy abby for 45k it's a classic but it's in my budget.
