I have 50 charcoal on my GM+ tailor but no CBD. You could buy them on the side ;-)

Charcoal is sold 4k a yard, I sell mine at 3k. CDBs are sold somewhere between 170 and 200k.

You need 8 yards for doublet, 8 for kilt and 6 for the halfy. That's 22 yards, worth somewhere between 330 and 440. Plus the reward sandals. Plus 4 CDBs.

We are talking around 1 million gold in 'materials' only.
