buy skills from vendors

1) now my crafter have 460 skills, i want buy from vendor: tinker and carpenter skills
but vendor told that i'm near 700 skills need lose some points and don't train me =(( !
what can i do ) ?


2) can i have crafter with this skills, this normal template ?
Tailoring Lumberjacking Tinkering Carpentry =120 (480)
Bowcraft - 100
Magery - 60
Arms Lore or some other...

Make sure that in the skills window, you have all of the other skills pointed down with the arrow to the left. Only the skills you wish to train should be pointed up.

You don't need arms lore to craft weapons or armor, it's a wasted skill.

OH ! Thanks ) i forgot UP training skills

on blacksmithing and mining 120 not enough skill cap(so 1 character - wood crafter), magery need for recall, Arms Lore need to know when repair armor\weapon\items
