Bug with locked down items

So I last night was fortunate enough to find out that if someone has locked down resources in a house that you're not friended to, you can actually drop stuff onto that pile. I was dragging a large pile of ore to a house with a forge and accidentally dropped on a pile already locked down in the house... my entire pile was then combined with the locked pile. I verified this with various other resources. This should be addressed. I submitted a bug report in game, and was told someone locked it down when I set it there. That was not the case.

Do these bug submissions even get acknowledged from UO:F staff?

Idk if that's a bug or by design but I use it all the time in my own house from quick drops. Put a pile of gold down( or silver) and when you need to drop off some more you collected, just drop it on the pile.

In your own house I could see that's the case.. what I'm saying is this was a house that I was not friended/co-owner. Why would you be able to add to a stack of items, and not be able to take away... its obviously a bug. Hoping this can be addressed, seems a simple enough and logical enough fix.

I think it's because there are no security settings for those stackable items.

Ya not a bug. has always been this way in the history of uo as far as I can remember.

I could damned well be delusional lol. It just pissed me off because I accidentally dropped a pile of goods onto someones locked pile.. It's possible I never accidentally did that before.. it just didn't make sense. I've been quite careful since then.
