Buff/debuff window

I've been playing for a while now with the buff+debuff window dragged out from my character status, but it never seems to show anything even when I know I have buffs/debuffs on me and whether I'm using the "Use pre-AoS status window" option in Razor or not.

Any trick to getting it working?
