BOD Tier 2 Min level? CLOSED

What is the minimum real or fake skill level I need to obtain Tier 2 BODs? I'm tryin to pull together 200 metallic purple cloths for a boat and just turned some pvp/pve'rs into temporary tailors. Would love to know when I can stop spending money on their training, cause I'm broke!

*Need 180ish 1158hue metallic purple cloth, so my boat will be BANGIN'*

for tier 2 i would say as long as you can get a bod you would be good
