Bod Runner/Collector

iv just got my main crafter to 100 BS but bods are slow..
So.. im thinking of creating a 2nd char to collect bods and maybe have some not high demand skills too.
Are the type of bods your given effected by the BS level? if so whats the minimum i need the BS to be, or do i have to go all the way to 100? same questions for Tailoring.
Think i might go
Blacksmithy
Tailoring
Carpentry
Bowcraft
Musicianship
Stonecrafting (if its on this shard)

Blacksmith and Tailoring are the only skills that give BODs (at least right now, there is huge clamoring to add BODs on all skills in the future). And from what I've heard and caught onto most leave their "BOD runners" at 81 skill.

There is also some speculation that higher skill lets you get large BODs, and lower skill gives you more small BODs.

anyone figured out why some of my 80.1 tailors get 3 hour cooldown isntead of 6?
