Anyone have a table to show what you can get for certain BoD's? I have been trying to use a few and is it just completely Random? I have turned in 20 Exceptional barbed leather pieces and gotten Tier 3-4 cloth and like wise done 20 exceptional cloth and received tier 4-5 cloth. I am confused.
